What we collect
- Your name, email address, shipping and billing address, for delivery.
- Order history, for support and warranty.
- Anonymised usage data via PostHog, to understand which pages are useful.
- Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe directly; we never see card numbers.
Why we hold it
- To fulfil the contract you enter into when you order.
- To meet our legal obligations (tax records, consumer-protection law).
- To improve the shop, under our legitimate interest, with anonymous analytics.
Who we share it with
- Stripe: payment processing.
- Printful: printing and shipping. They receive your shipping address and order contents.
- Resend: transactional email delivery.

We don't sell your personal data to anyone, ever. We don't run third-party advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years to meet HMRC requirements. Marketing-related signals (if you've ever opted in) are kept until you withdraw consent. Anonymised analytics are kept for 12 months.

- Have it corrected if it's wrong.
- Have it erased, where we don't need it to meet a legal obligation.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
