Returns

Everything in the shop is printed to order, so we can't restock returns the way a wholesale shop can. That said, if anything's not right with what arrives, we'll sort it out without any fuss. Write to hello@tynesidetees.com with your order reference and a photo where helpful.
What we'll always replace or refund
- Misprints (wrong artwork, wrong size, wrong colour, wrong product).
- Manufacturing defects (split seams, faulty stitching, holes you didn't pay for).
- Damage in transit (broken packaging, soaked, ripped).
- Items that don't arrive within 30 days of dispatch.
Tell us within 30 days of receiving the order and we'll either send another or refund the full amount, your choice. Postage on these returns is on us.
Change of mind
Because we print on demand, we can't normally take a shirt back just because it isn't your favourite. We'll always read the email though. Sometimes a sizing problem is something we can fix on a reprint, and sometimes we'll just send another one because life's short.
Statutory right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receiving an order to cancel a distance purchase. Because our items are personalised to order, this right does not normally apply (Reg 28(1)(b)). It does apply to any standard, non-personalised stock we may carry. How to start a return
- Email hello@tynesidetees.com with your order number.
- We'll reply within two working days with what to do next.
- If postage is required, we'll either send a prepaid label or refund the cost.
