Terms of sale

These terms cover purchases made from Tyneside Tees, operated by Tyneside Tees Ltd (Quayside, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1, United Kingdom, VAT number GB000000000). By placing an order you agree to them. If you've any questions, write to hello@tynesidetees.com.

1. The contract

Your order is an offer to buy. When we accept it (confirmed by the order email), a contract is formed between you and Tyneside Tees Ltd. We may decline an order in the unlikely event of a pricing error, stock problem, or fraud signal. If we do, you get a full refund.

2. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery is calculated and shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or hold your card details.

3. Delivery

Shirts are printed to order at our fulfilment partner's UK or EU facility and dispatched within five working days. Estimated transit times are shown at checkout. Delivery risk passes to you when the parcel is handed over.

4. Cancellation and returns

Because everything is printed to order, we can't accept returns purely for change of mind. If a shirt arrives damaged, misprinted or the wrong size, write to us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund it in full. Full terms are on the Returns page.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6. Liability

Our liability for any single order is limited to the total paid for that order. We don't limit liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud, and we wouldn't try to.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute falls under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
